From January to October 2023, China’s cumulative export volume of glass fiber and products was 1.5704 million tons, down 2.95% year-on-year, and the decline gradually narrowed; The total export value was 2.395 billion US dollars, down 19.88% year-on-year; The average export price in the first 10 months was $1,525.26 / ton, down 17.44% year-on-year.
In October, the export volume of glass fiber and products was 143,200 tons, down 3.02% from the previous month, and increased for four consecutive months, an increase of 8.99%; The export value was 211 million US dollars, down 4.41% from the previous quarter. The average export price was $1,475.17 / ton, down 1.43% from the previous quarter.
Among them, the monthly exports of fiber and cut felt products, mechanical bonded fabrics and glass fiber cloth impregnated rubber products in October were 93,500 tons, 32,700 tons and 17,000 tons, accounting for 65%, 23% and 12%, respectively.
Among the 34 specific tax items, the top five exports in September were glass fiber untwisted roving, glass fiber chopped yarn with a length of not more than 50 mm, chemical bonding felt, unlisted glass fiber products (70199099), glass fiber compact roving fabric, Exports were 5500 tons, 19,900 tons, 13,500 tons, 11,400 tons, and 0.62 tons, which accounted for 72% of the total exports this month.
